route29 ☂ 4th spell ☂ audio [backdated to 7-11]
[There's no video on this call- but there is a nice, abrupt question across the network.]
If somebody just up and disappears here - no word or reason - and leaves one of their monsters behind, that means this place pulled them out.
Right?

Right?

[Which answers her own question more than she likes.]
[audio]
[And hope she remembers, if they're from different worlds. But he's not mentioning that. Nope.]
[audio]
Wait to be sent home. Wait to get my friends back.
Why is the only thing people here can say?!
[
-so sorry, sore point activated.][audio]
Because there's nothing else we can do. Some people have been here for years, and despite searching, they've found no way to either send us all back or bring back the ones who've already left. We can only wait for whoever controls this world to make their next move.

Just because no one's managed it before, doesn't mean I can't! I just have to get lucky, or not give up, or something! If I don't find a way, I don't.
But I'm not going to give up on finding my friends myself!

[He thinks they'll just be retreading old ground. Opening old wounds. Shame it never gets any easier.]

Fine. Where do you intend to start your search, then? The search in Johto has already been exhausted, as far as I'm aware.

Train my team and buy supplies.
[audio]
[Or something. Because it's no fun running out of food when you're so deep in the forest you can't tell up from down anymore.]
[audio]
[She doesn't doubt, exactly, but picturing someone managing to send her help in the middle of "nowhere"?]
I would just search with somebody, if I could find someone who'd stick with it.
[audio]
[He'd meant it more along the lines of someone going in after her, but that works too.]
It might be better to wait for cooler weather before starting. Passing out due to the heat won't solve anything, either.
[audio]
[Besides, maybe she'll find who might want to come along, by the time she's ready.]
